What a Great Term!
End of Term 1
We have had a wonderful first term in the Year 2 space! We are finishing off with a week full of fun and new experiences.
Tuesday: St John Visit
They will be talking to us about being brave and about what we can do in an emergency.
Wednesday: Rollicking Entertainment bring us their "A Messy Magic Adventure"

Thursday: Cross Country
At this stage our Whole School Cross Country is set for Thursday. Keep an eye on the Thorrington School Facebook Page for updates about this event as the current weather may make this difficult!
Year 2 Art Attack!
Things to note for Term 2
- Hats will come home on Friday and do not need to come back to school until the beginning of Term 4.
- As the colder, wetter weather sets in please feel free to send your child to school in gumboots with a pair of slippers in their bag to wear in the space. This helps to keep our carpet dry on really wet days.
- Just to note on Tuesday afternoons we will endeavour to do PE as often as the weather allows and gumboots are not the best for running around so sports shoes might also be required.
